Teaching your body to activate its core muscles is essential to allow it to function to its full potential as well as to avoid injury. My series of posture and alignment videos are slow and concise, demonstrating how to activate and engage your deep core muscles for key power moves. In each video, I focus on how a controlled breath pattern can enable you to achieve even greater activation of your deep core muscles. Holding yourself in correct alignment and posture is really important, and here I demonstrate how to do this. This is a great starting place to help you get the most from my Eastwood Movement Method. You can use the videos for reference in between classes or I highly recommend them as a refresher before a class so you can take your session with me to the next level of understanding.
