Are you ready to tackle 3 more intense HIIT/Power workouts? If you haven’t already, I suggest you start to use 2-3kg dumbbells this week to increase your strength building. Once again we have one 45-minute HIIT/Power session alongside two 30-minutes sessions. Don’t forget to keep moving in-between sessions.
