It’s the final week of your 8 week Eastwood Movement Challenge! 

First of all congratulations on sticking with the programme. I hope you feel proud of yourself. This week you have a 30-minute and two 45-minute HIIT/Power sessions. The shorter session is sandwiched in-between the longer, more intense 45 minute workouts. Really go for it on this shorter session. Make every second count!
