It’s week 2 of your 8 Week Eastwood Movement Challenge!

This week you will be completing three 30-minute HIIT/Power sessions.

These sessions are designed to challenge your whole body with multidirectional and high intensity movements. The first 20 mins of each class will have short bursts of HIIT moves to fire up those fast twitch muscles that are so important for building more power and strength in the body.

These moves can be explosive or, as it’s week 2, you can adapt the moves to a more low impact version depending on what’s good for you and your body. It’s a non-stop class, so be ready to be challenged but do take rests and pause the video if you need to.
