Week 1: Session 2/2
This 60 minute class is slower and focuses more on low impact, resistance training with a strong emphasis on alignment and posture whilst moving. As with all my sessions there are multidirectional moves throughout the session to challenge the core and muscles in and around the pelvis and throughout the whole trunk of the body. This class flows constantly from balance, power and body weight moves with the use of a strong breath pattern to activate the deep abdominal muscles of the core. My constant bossy instructions will remind you to focus on your technique throughout.
This is a great starting class to learn all the moves I use in my Eastwood Movement Method.
