This week we have a further three 30-minute HIIT/Power sessions and if you can I really want you to increase the intensity of your moves during each workout and make sure you are keeping your steps up on your rest days. Also try and find time to do the 60-minute Strength/Technique session from week 1 to help improve your alignment and posture.
