Welcome to week 4 of your 8 week Eastwood Movement Challenge! 

By the end of this week you will be halfway through the challenge. This week we are introducing one 45-minute HIIT / Power session alongside two 30-minutes sessions.  

The length of the HIIT section of the 45 minute class increases from 20 to 30 minutes as we continue on our journey to build more power and strength in the body. Do take rests and pause the video if you need to but always challenge your mind and your body.
